Fabrici Management Consulting has implemented a Solution for Automation of BackOffice Processes in Poštová banka, a.s.

The solution automates the manual processing of different data sources (types, formats and structures) while reading the data, correlating and consolidating the data, calculating the operational financial differences and preparing the outputs for final decisions and consolidation.

Main technology components are webMethods Integration Server (business logic, flow control and solution management), FlatFile adapter (reading the data sources and preparing required outputs), JDBC adapter (persisting the data for auditing and data history).

The solution dramatically increases the work efficiency and minimizes the operational risk.

Automation of bailiff requests for Poštová banka, a.s.

Fabrici Management Consulting has delivered an Automation of bailiff requests in Poštová banka, a.s.

The Solution has been implemented on the Software AG’s webMethods technology stack and provides highly automated processing of requests from bailiffs that dramatically increases a process efficiency and minimizes the operational Risk.

Apart from webMethods  Integration Server and BPMS, the CAF (Composite Application Framework) has been used to implement user interfaces for the processes-oriented solution in back office.

Lending Business process for 365.bank

Fabrici Management Consulting has successfully implemented automated Lending Business process for 365.bank.

The implemented system automates complete Business Process consisting of Sales, Risk Approval and Disbursement of digital loan for 365.bank – new digital bank on Slovak market.

The Integration services and orchestrations have been implemented using webMethods Integration Server, automated business process has been designed and implemented on webMethods BPMS.

The whole business process is designed and implemented as a fully automated solution for the mobile application of 365.bank.

Deployment and development of webMethods integration for ZSSK, a.s.

Fabrici Management Consulting has implemented integration platform for Slovak Railways. The initiative took seven years (2012 – 2017).

This initiative covered complete installation and of webMethods technology stack, the Integration Environment Configuration and Development of various Integration Scenarios from batch to on-line, supporting Information systems data exchange, Master Data Management, on-line data processing for WEB/mobile distribution channels and many others.

Automated business process of mortgages APS for Poštová banka, a.s.

Fabrici Management Consulting has successfully implemented automated Business process of Mortgages APS (Application Processing System).

The system automates the application data capture, complete risk approval process and communication of the approval result to customers to speed up sales of mortgages.

The Integration services and orchestrations have been implemented using webMethods Integration Server, automated business process has been designed and implemented on webMethods BPMS.

For operational monitoring and analysis of business process instances Poštová Banka uses the Optimize Engine. Based on the long-term analyzed values the bank has improved the APS Business Process several times – i. e. with elimination of minimally used flows or redesign the process with control logic to skip certain tasks when not required.

Fabrici Management Consulting implemented Orchestra ESB as a key Integration Platform to Transpetrol, a.s.

Fabrici Management Consulting has implemented new Enterprise Service Bus Orchestra (from Soffico company) to Transpetrol, a.s. as a key IT component within the business environment to provide broad scale of integration and orchestration capabilities.

The main objective is to deliver an integration hub that will consolidate system’s API and access to the system’s interfaces via WEB service technology.

The primary goal is to integrate RIS (GIS based Information System), ECM (Enterprise Content Management) as well as ERP (SAP ERP) with SCADA to provide an on-line access to consolidated information.
