Cooperation launch with UNIQA Österreich Versicherungen AG

Fabrici Management Consulting has launched a cooperation with UNIQA Austria, providing business analysis and implementation services for the Oesterreichische Makler Data Service (OMDS) system, implemented on the IBM webMethods integration technology. As part of the engagement, we contribute to the ongoing development of the OMDS system, which forms the integration and data backbone of the broker portal. Our company provides business analysis of new requirements, translates them into functional and technical specifications, and designs solutions in line with the existing architecture and UNIQA’s integration standards. We then support the implementation and testing of changes to ensure that new functionalities correctly align with existing processes, interfaces, and data flows. In this way, we help ensure the stable evolution of OMDS so that the broker portal reliably supports brokers in their day‑to‑day work when selling insurance products.

Launch of a new solution in consumer loans selling process via mobile application for 365.bank

In 2025, Fabrici Management Consulting built on the original 2019 digital lending solution and implemented a new, more technologically advanced software architecture. The new platform expands digital lending capabilities, automates loan processes and products, and enables loans to be offered through additional distribution channels while maintaining consistent decision rules and effective risk management. Building on the original digital lending solution from 2019, in 2025 we designed and implemented a new, modern software architecture for the bank’s digital lending processes. The objective was to separate business logic from the integration layer, harmonise decision rules and create a flexible platform capable of responding quickly to new business as well as regulatory requirements. The new architecture makes it easier to introduce new loan types and financing variants and at the same time supports fully digital, paperless processing of loan applications in the digital distribution channel. As part of the solution, loan processes have also been extended to additional distribution channels (e.g. the call centre), with decision engines and risk rules managed in a centralised way. The architecture thus provides a unified foundation for digital lending across the bank, reduces the complexity of existing integrations and improves the transparency and auditability of the end‑to‑end lending process.

IBM acquisition of webMethods from SoftwareAG

IBM completes acquisition of webMethods from Software AG to strengthen integration, API and hybrid cloud capabilities. In mid-2024, IBM completed the acquisition of webMethods from Software AG, following the signing of a definitive agreement in late 2023 and receipt of all required regulatory approvals. webMethods is a leading enterprise integration and API management platform that enables organizations to connect applications, data, services and business processes across cloud and on-premises environments. By bringing webMethods into its portfolio, IBM significantly enhances its capabilities in application integration, API management and hybrid cloud integration, helping clients to unify their IT landscapes and accelerate digital transformation. The acquisition builds on a long-standing relationship between IBM and Software AG and reflects IBM’s strategic focus on AI, hybrid cloud and automation. Alongside webMethods, IBM also acquired StreamSets, a data ingestion and DataOps platform, providing comprehensive tools for managing the flow of data and integration across modern IT environments. For IBM’s customers and partners, the addition of webMethods delivers one of the most advanced integration platforms in the market, with broad support for B2B integration, API management, event-driven architectures and cloud-native deployments, making it easier to modernize applications, manage APIs and support hybrid multi-cloud use cases. This strategic acquisition positions IBM to help organizations tackle the increasing complexity of distributed systems and the growing demand for real-time connectivity, laying a foundation for future innovation in automation, data-driven AI and seamless application ecosystems.

Launch of new automated restructuring process for consumer loans for 365.bank

Fabrici Management Consulting extended the branch solution with an automated restructuring process for consumer loans that are past due, under which the 365.bank, based on internal rules and risk‑management decisions, offered clients new loan conditions. The system automatically prepares contract documentation with the new loan parameters, ready for assignment under the agreed terms and conditions. As part of extending the branch solution, we designed and implemented an automated process for restructuring consumer loans that are past due. Based on predefined internal criteria and risk‑management rules, the system supports the design of new repayment terms and loan parameters for clients whose restructuring has been approved by the bank. Once the restructuring scenario is approved, the system automatically generates contract documentation with the new loan conditions, in line with the bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements. This significantly reduces manual workload, shortens the time needed to prepare restructuring agreements, and creates a transparent, controlled framework for handling problematic loans for both the branch network and risk management.

Delivery of branch solution to sell consumer loans for 365.bank

Fabrici Management Consulting delivered a branch solution that makes it easier for business lines to sell consumer loans – it automatically calculates suitable loan options and parameters for the client directly during the sales conversation and applies the bank’s internal credit rules. As part of the delivery, we also implemented a risk‑management interface that supports efficient loan approval and central management of decision rules. As part of the project, we designed and implemented a branch software solution that supports the consumer‑loan application process from the initial data entry through to the creation of the client offer. The system automatically evaluates risk parameters, applies internal limits and scoring rules, and on this basis calculates suitable loan options and parameters. This reduces error rates, removes manual recalculations, and significantly speeds up the preparation of a personalized offer. In parallel, we developed an application interface for the risk management department, enabling central management of decision rules, limits, and exceptions, while providing an overview of processed applications. From a technology perspective, the solution is built on a..... platform and an integration server..... that together ensure the workflow of application processing and connectivity with the core banking system and related applications.
